Manyeleti Game Reserve, situated between the Timbavati Private Reserve, Kruger National Park and Sabi Sands Game Reserve, is home to the big five and many other species of wildlife.
For the birding enthusiast there are over 300 recorded species. There are no fences restricting the animals and therefore they have free access between the reserves forming an integral ecological unit where all the animals roam free.
The reserve is situated away from the mainstream tourist areas and one may still experience the tranquillity of the African bush in total seclusion.
The name 'Manyeleti', in the local Shangaan language, means 'Place of the Stars' and guests may spend a memorable moment watching a magnificent Southern Constellation, with the pride of place taken up by the Southern Cross
The Manyeleti Game Reserve is now managed by Mnisi tribe, who lived and occupied the land for many generations and who are committed to retaining the integrity of the game reserve and unlocking the tourism potential to the benefit of the Mnisi people and surrounding communities.
Accommodation is provided in luxurious thatched chalets and tented safari camps that successfully capture the memory of a bygone era filled with adventure and romance.
