Day and night elephant-back safaris make for exciting wildlife experiences. During elephant-back safaris, guests are seated on comfortable canvas-covered saddles positioned behind an experienced elephant handler. From this vantage point they are able to view game from close proximity as the elephants move silently in single file through the bush.

Camp Jabulani Suites
Each of the six luxury suites are remote and private. With every creature comfort met, the suites offer the optimum environment in which to relax and recharge. Massive wooden sliding doors present interiors which are a pure translation of style, comfort, elegance and appreciation of the environment.

Pure cotton sheets, massive bath-tubs, an outdoor glass-enclosed shower, a fire-place with a separate lounge area, and a private plunge pool complement each of the rooms. Suites are also equipped with a mini-bar, safe, hairdryer and electric blanket. Comfort is ensured by the 24 hour temperature control and overhead ceiling fan.

A dedicated butler completes the experience by personally responding to the needs of the guest.

During the day the “walls” of the suites are rolled away to bring the bush just that bit closer. In the evenings, cozy lighting, a blazing fire and a welcoming bed draw to a perfect close another day in Africa.

The Zindoga Villa
The Zindoga Villa has been designed for the guest who prefers the more exclusive touch, for the smaller group, or for the family traveller with younger children.

The Villa is a mammoth 424m2, with an additional 225m2 of wooden decking overlooking the wild African bush. A completely self-contained facility, the Zindoga Villa is a palatial replica of Camp Jabulani’s style and elemental premise.

Two individual suites are connected by a joint lounge and dining area. Each unit has a massive bedroom with bathroom en-suite (including glass enclosed shower), expansive wooden deck, and a private heated plunge pool. One of the suites also has a charming twin room, with private bathroom, for two children sharing. The suites are separated by an interleading door. The Zindoga Villa has wireless internet connectivity throughout for those who need to be connected to business or home, and is serviced by its own dedicated team - including ranger (and private vehicle), chef and butler.

Elegance, grand open spaces, luxurious finishes, and a harmonious union with the African wild are the order of the day.

Drinking water: The tap (faucet) water in the camp is purified to the highest standards and is perfectly safe to drink. Ample stocks of still and sparking mineral water are also available.

Malaria: Kapama Game Reserve forms part of a high risk malaria area. Anti-Malarial prophylaxis is recommended. Please consult your general practitioner regarding which brand is best suited to you.
