The Abu Concession is found on the far Western side of the Okavango Delta. This 400 000-acre private reserve includes some wonderful ancient riverine forests, lagoons and waterways. Vast herds of game rome over the open marshy grasslands.
Plains game is abundant in the area, from giraffe, zebra, elephant, impala, tsessebe and lechwe to wildebeest, buffalo and warthog. The camp's resident pride of lion should announce their presence at some time during your stay, and it is very likely that you will hear them calling at night.
For bird enthusiasts,
some 380 different species are found in the region.
The activities at Selinda Camp are centred on game-rich floodplains of the savannahs and the Linyanti marshes.
